Grow Through What You Go Through

"The best time to overcome distress and chaos was not immerse my self in the distress and chaos. Rather, it was to immerse myself in the personal growth"
Srikumar Rao

Often dark moment dragged us in order to bring the light into us.

A lot of us go through a dark moment
We may go through rejections, challenges, pitfalls, and many more negative attributes in our life.

Those moments urge me to ask a question,
How can I make sure I will get back to my lights and get back to my old me?
What I don’t realize, those moments actually helped me to break through and transform old me to new me.
I was in the doomed of 2018. It unapologetically strikes me without my consent, without I’m welcome it to me while I thought I have enough loving myself.
The impact of this rejection put me through into multidimensional emotions, perspectives, and ecstasy of becoming a woman of who I needed to be now and near future. The only moment I have to admit I'm proud of myself when it's struck me, it's the way I stand up my self-worth and fight for my values. Albeit all those moments I felt I will never be happy in my life, I still can spread loves, share the laughter and serve others and mother nature even there's a time I felt I wanted to give up. But I keep going until now.

In 2019 is the year of expanding my personal growth. I choose to learn, heal and grow from the dark moment of my life for almost when I was living with them in my 20s and transforming to just be better me from who I was yesterday.

Suddenly all the things opened up to me, I started to discover new agendas for my life:

Practicing gratitude
Getting to know more about myself, what I like and dislikes
Be mindfulness towards myself and my surroundings
Trying to eat healthily
Living with less plastic waste
Practicing yoga that closes to my heart and home
Establishing my morning routine
Reading more books
Listening to more podcast
Observing more into life
Create "Let's Heal the World".

I'm working on pursuing my purpose I was born to do.

These are my symbols of the year of self-growth. Flowers are very symbolic of this transition of my life. Those are the photos captured by myself when I was wondering around in the forest conservation in Taman Tugu Kuala Lumpur. It’s the same spot I’m practicing yoga every weekend.
